TESTIMONIALS
“I highly recommend Van Wey to build your future home. I personally met Wayne (owner) the first time I saw the skeleton of my future house. He showed us all the features of the house and provided options for us to change different aspects of the build. He made it easy to make informed decisions helping us create a custom look and feel. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the craftsmanship and upgrades throughout the home. The only thing that was more refined than the craftsmanship was the level of service throughout the whole process. Communication was consistent, changes were accommodated and managed, and the schedule was accelerated. I can’t wait for him to build my next home. Thank you Wayne!”

“I didn't want to move to the retirement community so I had Van Wey Homes build a home for me where I could age in place. I love it. It's wonderful, they did a fantastic job!”

“When we started working with Wayne on the design and construction of our home, we had no idea of the process, having never built a home before. Wayne walked us through every aspect of the build, from a stunning design based on our very particular ideas about the home to a careful and deliberate oversight of all aspects of construction. Wayne was always open and easy-going with us despite our many changes and sometimes ridiculously specific directions, and whenever a sub messed up (which was rare since Wayne hand-picks his subs), Wayne was on them like a mob boss. We could never have imagined how amazing our house would turn out: Wayne shows great pride in his workmanship, down to the most minute details, and I would never consider working with another builder. When we started this process, Wayne assured us we would be friends throughout the build and would remain friends afterwards, and he was true to his word.”

"We found out about Wayne from our friends who contracted with him to be the builder. During the building process we requested some changes. Wayne is easy to work with and the process to construct our home went smoothly. We are very happy with our new home and satisifed with Wayne. If we build another home we will use his services again."

"This is the second home we have built, but the first with Van Wey Homes. Wayne had great suggestions as we progressed through the construction to enhance the design, which we appreciated. He was also very easy to work with when we wanted to make changes. We are extremely happy with this new home and would recommend Wayne to our friends and family who are looking to build a home."
